St Finians club is based in Rivervalley Swords, it is the heart of the community and we love what their values and beliefs stand for, therefore we were delighted with the opportunity to sponsor the boys team.
We think the guys look absolutely fantastic in their new jerseys and we wish them the best of luck for the upcoming GAA season.
The Wright Group are actively sponsoring two School Gardens in the Fingal areas of Howth & Swords. GROW at School is a food education programme that aims to increase food literacy in primary schools. Through garden-based learning and hands-on growing experiences it aims to help students develop a deeper understanding of where healthy, sustainable food comes from. This is called ‘food empathy’.
We are delighted to support the Sailing into Wellness Programme as they continue to empower individuals and build a positive sense of community on and off the water. Underpinned by social inclusion and fun, learnings on the water are transferrable to everyday life, increasing coping mechanisms and encouraging pro-social behaviour.
The Group were delighted to support and host their annual Fundraising Lunch in May 2022.
Sports Clubs are great spaces for community building and individual empowerment. The Wright Group are proud sponsors of Beann Eadair Howth, Malahide United FC (Gannon Park), and St Pats GAA Donabate.
“Thanks to the Wright Group for supporting our annual Feile Fundraiser. Your contribution is very much appreciated.”
Executive committee, St Pats GAA Donabate.
The Wright Group are proud to be title sponsors for the WAVE regatta in Howth Yacht Club. Wave Regatta provides Howth Yacht Club and the broader community in Howth with a biennial keelboat racing event that seeks to be the most attractive sailing event in Ireland. Utilising many of the incredible and attractive local natural resources and involving allied businesses and services, it seeks to attract competitors, visitors and others with a weekend-long spectacle and establishing Howth as a destination of choice for sailors, visitors and allied marine tourism.
Along with being sponsors, The Wright Group are also on the committee for the event and are responsible for the on-shore hospitality and entertainment.
We endeavour to engage with other organisations to promote healthy work cultures. Most recently we sponsored Ryanair’s Get Moving initiative:
“The Wright Group has kindly supported Ryanair’s initiative to get employees moving two years running in 2022 and 2023. The Wright Group generosity encouraged participation in our initiative which saw our winner take an impressive 537,104 steps in the month of February this year!”
