MJ. Wright is a family owned and run public house & eating rooms on South Great George’s Street, Dublin. On the corner of the iconic Market Arcade – opened in 1881 – it spans across 4 floors of this historic building. A place for friends and family to gather and for stories to be shared.

Public House & Cellar Bar: Serving creamy pints of stout, whiskey, spirits, wines & beers. Pub classics food menu offering traditional bar eats.

The Eating Rooms are located on the first floor. A 45 seater eating room and private dining space. A modern take on traditional Irish dishes and comfort favourites. Opening end of November 2025.

The Brown Butterfly Function Room is available for private hire. Suitable for events, parties, launches, and corporate bookings. Opening December 2025
