Your data is being retained as you have previously applied for a position, enquired about or liaised with The Wright Group Hospitality Group regarding seeking employment within the company. If your application is unsuccessful at that time, we may keep your details on file for any alternative opportunities; current or future, within The Wright Group. Should a suitable position become available that matches your skill set, we will then contact you.

Period your data will be held:

Your data is stored within our secure email filing system and maybe shared with a hiring Manager within the The Wright Group. We will screen your application for all positions suitable, regardless of whether you have applied for only one position or applied with us in general. The Human Resources Team have access to the database.
