Our team has visited food halls from around the globe and are therefore in tune with key trends and food offerings. Inspiration comes from visits to Time Out in Lisbon, Mercato Metropolitano UK, Foodhallen in Amsterdam and The Bowery and Eataly in New York, among others. Food trends are at the heart of our ethos and that is what keeps us current, successful, and award winning, time and time again.
The food and beverage offering at the Food Hall at UCD is innovative and diverse. Our brand philosophy is “Exceptional Food and Exceptional Service, Everyday”. This is our entire business in one line. Our vision and our goal. Without the drive for exceptional, we would be the same as everyone else. We operate our business every day based on this. We train our staff to believe, honour and respect this ethos and we collaborate with partners and associates who also seek excellence and deliver it.
We provide an array of breakfast, brunch, lunch and all day meal and snack options.
Our food ethos is simple, interesting, lifestyle conscious food, that has a provenance and clear identity – all cooked by a team that cares. Our culinary development chef has taken note of what is current, on trend and what’s featuring on all the food shots being taken on social media, in order to create an offer that will appeal to the millennials and baby boomers alike.
The food offering also appeals to off-campus students, as well as others living in UCD’s neighbourhood, ALL ARE WELCOME!!!
