Meet our Culinary Team! Our team of chefs have a wealth of knowledge of various cuisines from European to American and Pan Asian. Our chefs take note of what is current and on-trend. They take note of what is in season and source as many ingredients locally whenever possible. Our food ethos is simple, interesting, lifestyle conscious, that has a provenance and clear identity, all cooked by a team who cares.
The culinary team meet monthly to discuss menu offerings in the group so not only do we stay on top of trends, we start them!
Adrian Roche joined the group in 2021 as Group Executive Development Chef.
Adrian oversees the food offerings for the entire group and is instrumental in developing new menus and dishes. He is also in charge of devising concepts for new projects across the group.
